Workplace Wellbeing - the stress management program

Employee wellbeing is a key driver of productivity, engagement and retention. Burnout accelerates turnover, disengagement and knowledge loss. Poor mental health costs the global economy an estimated $1 trillion per year in lost productivity. Replacing an employee can cost 50-200% of annual salary, depending on the role. Workplaces increasingly require holistic, preventative health approaches.

Your organization cares deeply and is seeking a program that will support its employee wellbeing strategy. Workplace Wellbeing is:

  • Four highly interactive 60-90 minute group sessions inspiring behavioral change

  • Thematic focus on nutrition, movement, sleep and personal alignment for resilience

  • Combining theory and participant interaction to facilitate learning, set personal objectives and encourage individual responsibility

  • Suitable for everyone wishing to better manage stress and to improve health and wellness

Sessions can be delivered in person or virtually for a maximum of 20 participants per session to facilitate full engagement.
